Stay Active
We have created this page to give you some ideas of ways to stay active whilst you are at home. All of these activities can be done either inside or in a garden space if you have one. In school, we have an hours P.E session twice a week. We would encourage you to do at least one of these activities once a day as it's really important (and good for you) to stay active and healthy. Keep checking back as we add new content.
